How do I change my password or e-mail log-in?
To change the password or e-mail address that you use to log in to the portal, go to the My Profile page. Enter your information into the corresponding fields. Click the Update button to submit the information.

You should be able to use your new log-in information immediately. If you have problems logging in after updating your e-mail username or password, contact your child’s teacher.

When does my account log-in expire?
Your account log-in will expire at the beginning of the next school year. You will have access to the parent portal over the summer so you and your children can review and replay activities in the Home Activity Archive and Superkids Online Fun all summer long.

What if I have children in more than one Superkids class?
If you have children in more than one Superkids classroom, you may view multiple classrooms through one parent account. The content that you see in some sections of the portal will apply to only one classroom, and will provide updates on what your child is currently learning.

You will receive an e-mail message from Superkids Reading Program to let you know when an additional child has been added to your account. At that point, you will be prompted to select the class you would like to view after logging in to the portal.

If you are already logged in and would like to switch to another class, click the Change Student link on the left-hand navigation bar. Select the Visit This Classroom link under the classroom you would like to view.

If you have only one child in a Superkids classroom, you will not need to select the child after logging in, and you will not see the Change Student link in the left-hand navigation bar.
