How do I change my password or e-mail log-in?
To change the password or e-mail address that you use to log in to your portal account, select My Profile in the sidebar. Enter your information and click/tap the Update button.

You should be able to use your new log-in information immediately. If you have problems logging in after updating your e-mail address or password, contact your child's teacher.

When does my account expire?
Your account will expire at the beginning of the next school year. You will have access to the parent portal and Superkids Online Fun all summer long.

What if I have children in more than one Superkids class?
If you have children in more than one Superkids classroom, you may view multiple classrooms through one parent account. The content that you see in some sections of the portal will apply to only one classroom.

You will receive an e-mail message from Superkids Reading Program to let you know when an additional child has been added to your account. At that point, you will be prompted to select the class you would like to view after logging in to the portal.

If you are already logged in and would like to switch to another class, click Change Student link sidebar and select Visit This Classroom under the classroom you would like to view.

If you have only one child in a Superkids classroom, you will not need to select the class after logging in, and you will not see the Change Student link in the sidebar.

What is Superkids Online Fun?
Children in classrooms that have access to Superkids Online Fun can visit this area to play games and read books at school or home. The rich, interactive, and fun content engages children while supporting and strengthening the reading skills taught in class.

The activities your child sees in Superkids Online Fun will depend on the products your child's classroom has access to. If you aren't sure which activities are available for your child's class, please contact your child's teacher.

How does my child access Superkids Online Fun?
Superkids Online Fun can be launched from a desktop, laptop, Chromebook, iPad, or Android device that is connected to the Internet.

From a computer, laptop, or Chromebook:
Log in to the parent portal to launch Superkids Online Fun for your child. Under the Superkids Online Fun logo in the sidebar, click the green button for the type of device you are using. Click the green button “for desktop / laptop and Chromebook.” The Superkids Online Fun button will not appear until activities are available for students in your child's class.

From an iPad or Android device:
You must first install the free Superkids Online Fun app before you can launch it on an iPad or Android tablet. Search for “Superkids Online Fun” in the Apple App Store or the Google Play store to get the app. After installing the app, you will need to log in before your child can play.
